Our deliveries will be made by DHL EXPRESS and DPD to the address determined by the customer (no address of delivery of a post office box or poste restante will be taken into account and www.federals.fr reserves the right to cancel the command.)
Shipping by LA POSTE in Colissimo followed at the address determined by the customer.
All parcels are delivered against signature.
The actual buyer is the one whose address is mentioned in invoicing.
The buyer can not choose 2 different delivery locations for the same order. In this case, he must place 2 separate orders, with the related shipping costs.
The customer has the possibility to withdraw his order free of charge directly in our shop. He chooses the option "withdrawal in shop" before the payment of his order on our site.
Shipping costs are defined according to the country of delivery. These are indicated prior to the validation of the order.
According to the volumetric weight of the package, delivery charges:
-in France are 10 €
-in Europe are 12.30 € - Europe non EU 21.75 €
-South America 27.10 € - North America 27.10 € - Central America / Antille 30.10 €
The Customer is informed of the total cost of delivery before payment of the total amount of his order.
Customs and taxes

The delivery time is 24 hours for orders placed in France before noon.

Delivery times (deadlines in working days) are only given as an indication by our carriers DHL, DPD, Post. This implies that the customer can not request the cancellation of the order, claim damages or claim compensation of any kind.
www.federals.fr can not be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier and for any reason whatsoever.

In case of absence of the recipient

-In the event that the parcel is finally returned to the sender FEDERALS: the buyer will require the payment of new shipping costs. www.federals.fr will not refund the order.
Packages not received
30 days maximum, after the date of collection of your order, you must indicate us any parcel not distributed. After this period, any claim will not be admissible.
Inability to deliver the goods
In case of force majeure or fortuitous event (fire, theft of work tools, bad weather, out of stock with impossibility of replenishment from the manufacturer, accidents, internal or external breakdown, loss of data, strikes of the postal services, means of transport , communication, fuel supply centers, ...), www.federals.fr is relieved of its obligation to deliver.
The customer will of course be kept informed of any cancellation of delivery of his order.
Risks related to transportation
The customer will check the general condition of the package upon receipt. It is recommended to do so in the presence of the carrier. In case of proven degradation of the package and finding missing products, during transport, it is the customer's responsibility to:
-make handwritten reservations, along with his signature, on the carrier's delivery note
refuse, if necessary, the parcel and indicate the reasons for this refusal on the delivery note (to sign also)
-confirm by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, dated and signed, the reservations made with the carrier, within four days, from the date of delivery.

2. Our return conditions
General conditions of return

-Returned products must not have been worn

The return is the responsibility of the customer but the amount of the costs of return is paid back in the form of credit on our website.
Once the return received and validated for our team, we will refund your order on the account of the card with which the customer had paid for the order or on the Paypal account with which he had paid for his order.
The refund will be made within fourteen days of the date on which Federals received the parcel.
Return of defective products
All the products provided by www.federals.fr benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In addition, the Customer also benefits from the product conformity guarantee provided for in articles L. 211-4 et seq. Of the French Consumer Code.
In case of non-compliance of a product sold, the Customer will have the choice between repair or replacement of the product.
